Rolex Vintage Oyster 35mm 6422 (1965)

This is a very handsome example of the Ref. 6422 Oyster. The silver dial is in lovely condition and has a natural patina on its surface, giving it an off white colour with raised, multi-faceted, dagger numerals. Reference 6422 has a case diameter of 35mm and is one of the larger ‘time only’, manually wound, Oysters of the period. The stainless steel case retains good definition with typical, polished, chamfered bezel and screw-down Oyster crown and case back. The watch is fitted with a detachable, stainless steel Rolex Oyster folded link bracelet; the watch can also be worn with a leather strap if preferred.
